Deanna and Renee, two Italian sisters, were raised with a love of food, family and friends. Growing up, they learned important family traditions such as wine-making, cooking fine Northern Italian food and putting on large family celebrations. As long time residents of Orange, together they have created walking food tours based on thier passion for thier city and it’s culinary point-of-view.
Deanna has studied the culinary arts and event management at UNLV and the world famous Ecole Holtelier, Lausanne, Switzerland. She brings with her 20-plus years of experience in food managment and has planned and executed catering events for many high profile clients in Orange County, including world dignitaries and film and television personalities. Deanna lived in Italy for several years and has traveled through Europe, Asia and the United States, always on a quest for the latest in cuisine. Her genuine interest in different cultures and love for meeting new people keep her energized.
Renee has a background in graphic design and marketing communications. She has worked in the corporate world and in small business, and has served on the boards of several non-profit organizatons. She loves passing on information and resources and loves watching others have “Ah-ha!” moments.
